All items are shipped from the Colombia. By placing an order and processing a payment with URBANROCK. you as the customer agree and accept the following terms.
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email, once this confirmation email is sent, the order will be fulfilled and sent off, this can take up to 48 Hours (not including weekends or holidays).
All orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the following day. If you place your order after this time on a Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

International Customs

The customer is responsible to pay any taxes, customs fees or any other additional fees. URBANROCK retail prices do not include any of these fees.
If you are unsure about any additional fees that will have to be applicable to your order, contact your local customs office. URBANROCK is in no way responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be requested on shipping your order and do not offer refunds for these costs.

Additional Information

Delivery dates can change depending on the time of year, holidays, weekends and weather conditions. Stolen or delayed packages in transit are in no way the responsibility of URBANROCK. It must be noted that the customer give the correct shipping/delivery address when placing the order, if the address is not correct, the customer will not be reimbursed.
Please note that there might be a slight delay with delivery times due to the  global pandemic.

Returns

We want all of our URBANROCK to be happy with their purchases.
If for any reason you would like to return a piece, URBANROCK will offer store credit for the item(s) that you return - returns and exchanges will only be considered 30 days after delivery. Kindly email us at info@urbanrock.com.co /Whatsapp +57 3108241659
to inquire about returning your purchase. Please note that sale items are Not eligible for return under any circumstance.
A refund will be offered in the case of faulty item(s).
When a refund is granted from our Head of Accounts, please note that we will only refund by the click of a button on our system to the same payment card/platform used. So any bank fees on the customer’s end is not the responsibility of URBANROCK
You must take into account that we won´t be responsible for the loss of the product if it is returned. We recommend you use a certified postal service, to return the products, and keep a record of the tracking details

The refund does not include shipping fees.

Return Criteria

All URBANROCK items to be returned must match the following criteria:
*Tags still attached
*Un-perfumed
*Unworn
*Unwashed
*Unstained
Items returned that do not match the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense. Please be careful when trying on your pieces.
All items returned will be refunded with store credit valid for 3 months after the voucher has been sent from URBANROCK to the customer.

Faulty Items

If your purchase is faulty or incorrect, we do apologize - please contact info@urbanrock.com.co /Whatsapp +57 3108241659 and we will resolve this for you asap!
All refunds that are granted by URBANROCK will be issued via the payment method used on purchasing said item.

Are the returns free?

The shipping costs spent on the item’s return to URBANROCK for change or refund are not covered or refunded by URBANROCK, except the faulty Items.
